I have confirmed reservation at the Days Inn Southeast, located on Garners Ferry Road, just down I-77 from Fort Jackson and near the Dorn VA Medical Center in Columbia. We are finalizing our program for the 30th, 31st of May and the 1st of June. 

The Convention will be conducted at the Fort Jackson Noncommissioned Officers Club.

Welcome packets will be provided at the Hotel the afternoon of the 30th and moved to the club the morning of the 31st.  This will accommodate for any last minute registration. A hospitality room will be operating from the 30th of May through the 1st of June at the hotel. 

I will mail copies of the Program and Registration Forms soon and would appreciate any comments regarding the sequence of events or any suggestions you may have. I do need an old photo of you and a personal statement addressing the Joint Convention – this is for our handout. If you have an old Basic Training photo of yourself in Brown’s, please send it along. 
The banquet will be Saturday as normal and I will work to reduce time involving swearing in of the officer and will brief you on the sequence. I have included a Hotel reservation form for each of your Chapter Commanders along with a card and map directing you to the hotel.
